CFA Society Boston Mentorship Committee

Originally formed in 2010, the CFA Society Boston Member Value Committee will focus on engagement of members in society activities. The committee leverages surveys and member demographic data to inform the value proposition for CFA Society Boston members. Current initiatives include networking events, mentorship program, young leaders programming, skills development, and member recruitment and retention. The goal of the Member Value Committee is to increase awareness of, and involve more members in, society benefits and opportunities. This group will be sub-divided to focus on various segments of the members, including young leaders and mentorship program oversight.

CFA Society Boston's Mentorship Program leverages the vast experience of our members, promotes professional development, and enhances members’ value. Members of the Mentorship Committee work to create successful Mentor/Mentee pairings by reviewing Mentor and Mentee applications to best match criteria such as work experience, education, industry niche, areas of interest, and education.
