Originally formed in 2010, the CFA Society Boston Member Value Committee will focus on engagement of members in society activities. The committee leverages surveys and member demographic data to inform the value proposition for CFA Society Boston members. Current initiatives include networking events, mentorship program, young leaders programming, skills development, and member recruitment and retention. The mission of the Member Value Committee is the relentless pursuit of delivering exceptional service and value to the members of CFA Society Boston. The goal of the Member Value Committee is to increase awareness of, and involve more members in, society benefits and opportunities. This Committee accomplishes these goals through the use of three subcommittees: Young Leaders; Career Development; and Mentorship. 

This application is for the Career Development Committee.The committee will focus on helping  CFA Society Boston members advance in their careers through the Society Job Board, programming, skills development and networking opportunities. 

Thank you for your interest in engaging with your local Society by volunteering for a committee, initiative, or task force. CFA Society Boston will do its best to place you on a committee or provide you with an engagement opportunity.
