Engage in Mentoring

Welcome! Our CFA Society Boston Mentor Match program reflects our commitment to you and your professional development. This unique online networking and career development tool, helps you find, connect, and share experiences with others. Your mentor or mentee can be in the same city or on the other side of the world.

The Mentor Match program will formally run from November 1st to June 30th each year. Mentors and Mentees will start with an early November Kick Off Reception, check in for a mid-program luncheon, and finally conclude with a late May or early June closing reception.

Mentors and Mentees should update their profile each year between July 1st and September 30th and opt in to participating for the current Member Year.

Mentors and Mentees should send a Mentor Match request to peers who are aligned to their interests no later than October 15th to allow time to accept a match prior to the early November kick off.
