Focused on the future of the investment profession, the Emerging Leaders Committee supports CFA Society Boston’s goals by cultivating a dynamic community of early-career professionals. The committee promotes inclusivity and leadership development while expanding outreach to students and candidates. Through vibrant networking and mentorship initiatives, it ensures the society remains a relevant and attractive resource for the next generation of finance leaders.
Emerging Leaders are members who are young professionals or within ten years of developing their career in the financial investment industry.
The committee meets once every 8-10 weeks to network, plan, and discuss programming and focused opportunities. Meetings take place at the CFA Society Boston Conference Room at 101 Federal Street, Suite 502, Boston, MA, 02210.
Committee members should plan to attend at least 3-5 dedicated Emerging Leaders Events in the formats of Career Panels, Member Appreciation Week Events and Networking events (including some exclusive to the committee!)
