The CFA Society Boston Connect platform provides members with the opportunity to interact, learn, and share. There are currently 7 communities designed to engage members on special area of interest, those include:
A community's discussion is where its members can post messages to share their thoughts and ideas on a particular topic, ask questions for support, and answer the questions posed by others to offer help and guidance. Every community comes with an associated discussion, offering its members a place to connect and engage by creating threads; within these threads is where the discussion grows, as other users respond by posting replies.
The society is working to better engage members in these communities through discussion posts. To do this we are seeking members to serve as Community Moderators who will start and lead discussions online. The ask is to post in the community twice a month, a relevant question, article link, or resource, and to make it as easy as possible we have developed a guide that walks you through the process and provides example posts.
